Has served as a court mediator, class action litigator, adjunct professor of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) and as Ombuds for the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), part of the US Department of Homeland Security (DHS), where he earned four major awards for his work in organizational development, leadership coaching, and systemic issue resolution
Managed a pilot coaching program for the United Nations (UN) in 40 countries and led a UN mission to Kenya and Turkey, training United Nations Development Program (UNDP) employees from 14 countries on peer coaching and conflict resolution. Also serves as mentor coach for the Coach Diversity Institute and on the coaching faculty for Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
