Vik coached me on how to negotiate, which I did not have much experience with and actually avoided. He was patient and listened, shared negotiation tactics and how to make it so you’re working together. I had always thought these discussions were a bit antagonistic, which is why I avoided them. I was so wrong. It’s really about finding common ground as a team. Vik had me practice using role play, paused and gave suggestions, and taught me useful phrases, which was super helpful. In the end I felt really prepared and wasn’t too apprehensive at all. I used what I learned and it worked like a charm. I was ready for anything they threw at me! It was magic, and I use what he taught me all the time - in fact, I kind of enjoy negotiating now and even look forward to it. It really is a life skill, and what you will learn from Vik you’ll use your whole life!

Vik was excellent in working with me as a whole person rather than just the sum of my work efforts.
